Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. This describes how the site behaves today, not an aspiration.
01 Who is responsible
This site is operated by Lone Labs Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore.
For anything on this page, write to john@aipowered.com.
02 What we collect
When you order: name, email, billing and delivery address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of the order. Payment card details are entered on our payment provider’s systems and are never stored on ours — we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
When you contact us: whatever you put in the message, plus your email address so we can answer.
When you subscribe: your email address, and nothing else.
Automatically: standard server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested and timestamps — kept for security and troubleshooting.
03 What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers.
We do not build advertising profiles from your browsing, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
04 Why we are allowed to hold it
Order data is processed because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into when you bought something. We cannot ship hardware without an address.
Newsletter email is processed on the basis of your consent, which you gave by subscribing and can withdraw at any time.
Server logs and fraud checks are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the store running and not being defrauded.
05 Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to, and only the part they need:
- Payment providers — to take payment. They receive the transaction, not your order history.
- Carriers — to deliver. They receive the delivery address and contact details.
- Our hosting provider — which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, and no further than required.
Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, not a party free to use your data for its own purposes.
06 Cookies
The store sets the cookies WooCommerce needs to work: a cart identifier so your basket survives a page load, and a session cookie once you log in. Removing them empties your cart.
The theme loads its fonts from our own server rather than a font CDN, so viewing a page does not announce your visit to a third party.
07 How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and company law require us to keep them, which is longer than we would otherwise choose.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact emails are kept while the question is open and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back to it. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
08 Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent for anything you consented to.
Email john@aipowered.com and we will action it. We do not charge for this and we do not require you to explain why.
09 Security and breaches
The site is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted, and payment details never touch our database.
No store can promise a breach will never happen. What we will promise is that if one does and your data is affected, we will tell you what happened and what was exposed rather than hoping you do not notice.
10 Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially — new categories of data, a new recipient, a new purpose — we update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects you directly, tell you.
