Terms of service
The agreement between you and us when you use this site or buy from it. Written to be read rather than to be impressive.
01Who you are dealing with
aipowered.com is operated by Lone Labs Pte Ltd, incorporated in Singapore.
“We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means whoever is using the site or placing the order.
02Using the site
You may browse, use our public indexes and buy from us. You may not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and you may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.
The Hardware Index and the Cloud Index are published for your own evaluation and comparison. Republishing them wholesale as your own dataset is not permitted.
03Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when the order confirmation email lands.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is genuinely out of stock, where a price was clearly wrong, or where we cannot complete fraud checks. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
04Pricing and errors
Prices are in USD and exclude duties and import taxes, which are yours to pay. Hardware pricing moves quickly and we may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you paid.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you and offer the correct price or a full refund.
05Specifications and index data
We publish measured figures and manufacturer specifications, and we take accuracy seriously. Even so, performance depends on your chassis, cooling, power delivery, drivers and workload — the numbers on a page are evidence, not a guarantee of what you will see.
Cloud Index rental prices are collected automatically from provider sources and can change between collections. They are indicative and are not an offer from us or from the provider.
06Shipping, returns and refunds
These are set out in full on the Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.
07Warranty
Hardware carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Beyond that, and beyond your statutory rights as a consumer, we do not add our own extended warranty.
Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.
08Limits on our liability
We are responsible for supplying hardware that matches its description and works. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost training runs, downtime or data loss — arising from the use of hardware bought here.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
09Intellectual property
The site design, our written specifications and the structure of our indexes belong to us. Product names, brand marks and manufacturer imagery belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the goods we sell.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, this clause does not take that right away.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so a later change cannot be applied backwards to a purchase you have already made.
